Inside Sales Representative
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned Regions quotas.
- Prospect into Fortune 2000 companies, present Tealeaf value proposition and set meetings with VP and C-Level decision makers.
- Drive a significant number of qualified leads to the Regional Sales Directors in your assigned Region.
- Execute the lead qualification strategy and tactics for your assigned territory.
- Deliver a significant number of new customer calls or emails on a monthly basis in support of generating quality leads to the field.
- Contribute to a strong lead generation to close ratio in the Region.
- Maintain your required pipeline of active prospects.
- Maintain excellent relationships with Tealeaf prospects.
- Participate in regional and company meetings and company marketing events.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
- Work with other members of your regional team and the Tealeaf organization to ensure overall team success.
- Provide consistent, timely and accurate updates to Tealeaf Technology’s Sales Information System (i.e., Salesforce.com).
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years enterprise software (web application, CRM, ERP) inside sales experience.
- BA/BS required.
- Proven successful track record with annual quotas in excess of $1.5M for the past 2+ years.
- Experience and proven track record in selling/presenting to "C" level - finance, operations and IT Management.
- Knowledge and experience in web application performance management from companies like Mercury Interactive, BMC, Precise, Quest Software, Compuware, CA, Oracle, Precise, SAP, IBM or BEA.
- Comfortable in making new sales calls or e-mails to develop leads for field sales.
- Able to assist in developing sales campaigns.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and managing skills.
- Excellent communication, proven presentation/demonstration and customer service skills.
- Previous experience with salesforce.com would be an added advantage
