    Full summary of the 2009 Survey of Online Consumer Behaviour, which was conducted online by Harris Interactive.

    Survey Methodology
    The 2009 Survey of Online Consumer Behaviour was conducted online by Harris Interactive on behalf of Tealeaf Technology, Inc. between July 29 and August 4, 2009 among 2,223 Great Britain adults ages 16+. Data were weighted to be representative of the online G.B. adult population.

Retail Executive Summary
59% of online shoppers are now conducting more online transactions than in the past, primarily due to the ability to compare products and prices (75%).
Insurance Executive Summary
More than half (55%) said social media content has influenced how they conduct online transactions.
Travel Executive Summary
85% said that they feel frustrated or angry when they experience problems transacting online… the last thing they need when planning that perfect holiday.
Fin- Serv Executive Summary
Financial services had a large year-over-year decrease in consumers having experienced problems while conducting transactions online, from 91% in 2008 to 78% in 2009.
