Leader in Web Application Management Helps Open The Blinds On Higher Customer Availability

Tealeaf is being deployed throughout decoratetoday.com. With Tealeaf in place, the Web application group at American Blinds is able to significantly increase customer service by resolving Web application issues faster. Tealeaf's product allows Web support staff to replay user sessions exactly as they occurred, to better understand what a user did just prior to encountering an error. Prior to implementing Tealeaf, American Blinds was forced to rely on tying together disparate log files to attempt to recreate specific customer activity.

The Web design group at American Blinds has been able to put Tealeaf to good use as well. Just being able to see where customers stumble in the site has lead to a number of user-friendly changes to navigation and layout. One example — a simple change to the shopping cart made it much easier for customers to find where to enter their credit card.
