RealiTea will be used in Web development and testing groups to isolate coding flaws and bugs that are inherent in software development prior to rolling out new content and services to the agent site. RealiTea is expected to give Conseco a better understanding of these problems and their origins to reduce the risks involved in Web updates and new application rollouts.

With the deployment of RealiTea, Conseco's help desk representatives will be able to quickly pinpoint and resolve user-reported Web application issues. By capturing and recording the navigation and session interactions of the transactions occurring on the site, Tealeaf will enable Conseco representatives to conduct real-time analysis and trouble-shooting. RealiTea will provide a visual replay of every page visited, so that help desk representatives can immediately understand the nature and causes of the user's issue.
