Tealeaf cxConnect is an application that enables the transfer of data to and from your Tealeaf CX datastore. cxConnect can deliver data in real-time to external systems such as event processing systems. Similarly, cxConnect can accept data in real-time from external systems such as web analytics, voice of customer or multivariate testing tools in order to facilitate comprehensive customer behavior analysis.
